Epoxy Concrete Crack Repair
Description
Crack seal products are used to fill individual pavement cracks to prevent entry of water or other non-compressible substances such as sand, dirt, rocks or weeds. it is typically used on early stage longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks, reflection cracks and block cracks.
Usage
Those products are designed to fill, bridge and seal small "working" cracks in stone, concrete, and masonry.
It also repairing holes, spalls and cracks in concrete, in internal as well as external situations where heavy duty vehicle traffic is anticipated.
Use to fill voids and cracks in concrete, masonry or other substrate.
- Used for delamination injection, gravity feed filling of cracks in horizontal concrete and masonry. It is useful as an epoxy resin binder for epoxy mortar patching and overlay of interior, horizontal surfaces.
- Use to bond freshly mixed concrete to hardened concrete, to fill voids and cracks in concrete, masonry and other substrates.
- Can also be used for reinforcing steel dowels, threaded rods, bolts and inserts into existing concrete. Multipurpose bond adhesive.

How to Use
Recommended use for repair the crack

Use Epoxy paste FX-1100PS first to filler the outside visible.
crack to block seal adhesive (FX-PU1100 or FX-E400L or FX-1100) when fill inner crack. -
Have to keep some holes of the crack and put the special stuff on the hole, and use the seal adhesive FX-PU1100(for big crack) or FX-E400L (for small crack) to fill up inner invisible crack.

Use Saturant Epoxy Adhesive FX-1100 which is for bonding to bond fiber... etc. to concrete masonry or other substrates. It can also be used for reinforcing steel dowels, threaded rods, bolts and inserts into existing concrete.
